This update introduces advanced configuration management for locations and platforms, smarter payment type and template controls, enhanced barcode printing, and improved fulfillment tracking with delivery dates and linked timelines. Sales and fulfillment workflows have been streamlined with clearer prompts, better syncing, and improved visibility across linked documents. Performance has been optimized for large document editing and logo uploads, alongside additional under-the-hood improvements to speed up data loading and responsiveness. Fixes include fulfillment validation issues, delivery address syncing, assembly component actions, and customer updates in new fulfillments.

Configurations Management: You can now manage new organization and location configurations to manage offline mode and tax overrides per location, per platform (Backoffice/POS) or for the entire organisation.

Payment Types by Platform and Location: Payment types can now be set to work on specific platforms (POS, Back Office, or All) and assigned to one or more locations; the payment type list can also be filtered by platform (and locations where applicable), and payment selection screens only show the relevant payment types for the platform.

Templates by Location: Templates can now be assigned to one or more locations, and when you print or export a document the system will automatically use the applicable template for that location (falling back to the default template if no specific template is found, or falling back to the default Document type template if no other default is found).

Smarter Barcode Printing: Barcode label printing now supports batch printing for large runs, can show a product code instead of the barcode where needed, remembers your barcode modal settings, and barcode scanning now has a fallback check for product codes in places where scanning is used.

Product Online Selling Safety Prompt: When you switch a product’s “Sell online” setting off in the Product Edit page, you will now be prompted to complete the required online action (for example, stop selling or delete the product online) so the product’s online state stays consistent.

Invoice/Order Fulfillments: Sale item fulfillments now allow setting a delivery date, making it easier to track and plan deliveries per line item. Fulfillments can also be cancelled if not saved on the line item.
